If you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us via email at [email protected] and we will advise you on the returns process. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs and collection cost). There is a 30% deduction on the refund if the item is unwanted or ordered by mistake.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a replace the damaged part or a refund, if the items are returned to us within 30 days of receiving. We will not be responsible after 30 days. If you have received the damaged or faulty item, contact us within 1 week of purchase so we can solve the issue.
  • You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense if the item is unwanted.
  • You must ensure that the unwanted goods are adequately packaged in the original packaging to protect against damaged and are still in a saleable condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us resulting in any damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
  • Please ensure you include a returns form detailing your order, name and address.
  • If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us at our Customer Service telephone number on our contact via email or messages.
  • If goods are damaged or faulty photo or video proof will be requested
  • If you fail to return the goods we may decide to collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection.
  • If goods are unrepairable full refund will be issued and goods will not be collected
  • If goods are repairable, we will organise a prepaid collection or provide a returns label. Goods must be packaged and secured. Alternately if the goods are easily repairable we can send the replacement parts free of cost.
  • We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.
  • We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on you card.
  • If you return something because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us.
  • If you use our installation services for kitchens, Once the kitchen is installed and the order is completed, it is non-refundable as the item becomes intangible.

Order Cancellation

  • If you decide to cancel your order after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in their original packaging to protect against damaged and are still in a saleable condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us resulting in any damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
  • To cancel an order, you have placed with us, you must contact customer support by email [email protected]. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
  • When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the user ID and Product Title. we are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
  • Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Shipping/Delivery

  • We only Ship parcel to UK Mainland. We don’t ship the parcels to Ireland and Scotland.
  • If you are not in the FREE shipping zone, contact us and we will confirm the shipping price for you.
  • We don’t offer worldwide shipping services.

HOW IS DELIVERY ORGANISED?

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Our discounted shipping rates require you to be home during business hours (9 am – 5 pm) on delivery day. If a business address is more convenient for you simply change your address during checkout.

Please Note:

* A signature will be required to confirm the goods have arrived safely.
* The driver may require lifting assistance with some items.
* Delivery is to the property entrance only.
* If delivery is missed a card will be left for you and collection from the nearest depot will be required. Re-deliveries or re-directions are not available.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Upon dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information and Royal Mail or Yodel customer service details so you can track and coordinate your delivery with Royal Mail and Yodel

Kitchen Measurement/Installation

Measurement:

  • The measurement appointment should be cancelled 1 day prior to the appointment.
  • We will get back to you within 24 hours with kitchen design and quotation.

Installation

  • Once the design is finalised and the order is placed, the installation can take 3-5 working days.
  • If the order is placed for made to measure branded kitchens, it can take up to 1-2 weeks to fulfil the order.
